Ingredients

  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 150 g day-old bread, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 100 g diced ham

  • 4 eggs
  • Olive oil and salt

How to make it at home

  1. Gently brown the sliced garlic in oil, without letting it burn.
  2. Add the ham and the bread and fry for a couple of minutes.
  3. Take off the heat, add the paprika and immediately pour in the hot stock.
